The Ward Golf Centre was constructed and opened on the 4th of July 1982. We had the privilege to become European Tour Range Manager in Ireland from 1984 to 2007. This also included the honor to manage the practice range for the only Ryder Cup ever to be hosted in Ireland during 2006.

Contracted to the European tour we completed in excess of 70 tournaments in Ireland.
